Madge McCulloch – The Cook

My goal is to bring people joy, inspiration and health through the food they eat. Nothing is more meaningful to me than seeing people connect with food in new ways!

I’ve been working as a chef in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2014, curating my own events, working as a private chef and doing pop-up dinners between California and Australia. In 2016 I started working as Chef de Cuisine of A Fork Full of Earth, an organic, women-run catering company in Fairfax, CA.

I am also a trained holistic nutritionist and incorporate my knowledge of healthy eating in everything I do.

Wild food has been doing meal deliveries to help families get food on the table since 2019, and are now based in Oakland CA. We pride ourselves in making a thriving work environment for our staff, and are women & non-binary run.


THE FOOD

Cooking seasonally and locally in California essentially means cooking California cuisine in my eyes, and each cook of course brings their own flavors, lineage and inspiration to the table. I am inspired by freshness, brightness, boldness, and by the local flavors of the area.
